Mechanical Presses
Mechanical presses that are mainly used as multiple-die presses are characterized by a cam-driven ram.
The specific cam contour enables a dwell time in the DCs (dead centers).
This drive provides optimal preconditions for tooling technologies in parallel operations in the fields of blanking, drawing or trimming. The modular press design makes it possible to easily implement the technical parameters as required in the specific case of application.
These presses are equipped with servo strip feeding systems of various designs and mechanical or servo-transfer systems. The die carrier system that accompanies the press is specifically customized for the user’s requirements.

Our experience in the production of metal bellows forming machines goes back more than 25 years.
These machines are primarily used for the production of compensators and bellows of 12 mm to max. 5,000 mm tube diameter.
Using machines by the H&T ProduktionsTechnologie, metal bellows can be produced from single- or multi-layer tubes with various manufacturing techniques for a wide range of applications in different business lines.

Transfer Systems
Transfer systems produced by H&T ProduktionsTechnologie are designed for different press installation situations due to their modular design. The user can adapt the systems flexibly to any forming process thanks to the option of linear- or servo- driven transfer axes or a combination of the two.
For multi-function presses specifically (production with transfer and progressive dies), our system follows a rail-to-rail design. This approach provides compact integration of feeding and lubrication systems.
