Mechanical Expanding Machine – EXPAN

EXPAN Series metal bellow forming machines are efficient solutions for small and medium batch production of metal bellows for compensators from tubes. We offer advanced machines designed specifically for forming individual waves in metal bellows through a mechanical expanding process.

Single-Convolution Formation / Single Wave forming

Precision mechanical expanding ensures consistent results for each individual convolution.

Edge Detection Sensors

Integrated sensors detect bellow edges, with motor-controlled table height adjustments for enhanced accuracy.

Pressure Mark Prevention

Base tooling includes a swiveling motion to prevent pressure marks on the bellows to reduce or minimize rework.

Profiling Machine – PRM
